एक-२ पल को जीना ऐसे
जैसे हो एक खिलाड़ी तुम।
जो कुछ भी तुम करना देखो
खुद पर अपनी नज़र रखना॥

दुनिया की भीड़ में देखो
तुम खुद को खो मत देना।
कुछ पल को ही सही तुम
साथ अपने ज़रूर बैठना॥

कभी जो तुम थोड़ा सा
समझने में कमजोर पड़ना।
इर्द-गिर्द तुम अपने सदा
कुछ मित्र समझदार रखना॥
